Used the vets a few times for my dog, I popped in with my dog on Saturday for wormers and flea treatments as part of my normal routine, they could not help enough, fussed the dog, weighed her and a short wait for her pills, like all vets the bill can be expensive £22 for tablets and a treatment was good though I thought.

Very knowledgable, caring staff. Very prompt service. My kitten saw 3 vets and had a specialist scan within 2 hours. She had a serious op. But has made a full recovery. Very good aftercare and support claiming insurance.

I would never advise anybody to take their pet here ,all they care about is money ,took our beautiful dog there first time in January, spent 1600 altogether and was no further forward for a diagnosis, receptionists are rude and the vets are only interested in money ,my jet had to be put to sleep on fri because we had to have another xray to confirm what it was meanwhile jet was getting worse ,they told me it was not cancer at cavan ,took her teeth out under anaesthetic so they could get more money off us, when I took her to another vet indeed it was cancer ,jet had more love and affection and concern from the vet we took her to 3 times than all the weeks we took her to cavan and has for the ins animal friends (avoid ) they never wanted to fight them for us AVOID THESE VETS LIKE THE PLAGUE ..........to add insult to injury ,I have been blocked from cavan fb page ,if they truly believe my beloved jet recieved the best care why are they not defending themselves and their practice instead of blocking people giving their experiences, no compassion or care its all about money at cavan please avoid unless you want t to be left with a broken heart and terrible experience 😢 💔

Absolutely amazing vets I've been going to them with my mom since I was a kid and now I still go with my own pets. They saved my cats life so I couldn't be more thankful. They are affordable and care so much about your pets you know they will be in safe hands and well loved while they have to stay in.

Very rude receptionist Amanda put the phone down on me first time then when I called back she said fully booked without asking what the problem was ?! When I told her she proceeded to say when appointments were available…,, if someone feels their animal needs to see a vet it must be fairly important……. No one goes to vets just for simple problems because of the cost these days !!! I’ve used Cavan Vets a few times but their receptionists are very rude most of the time . More training required or maybe hire staff who care about animals ? I’d give it -5 🌟 if it was possible sadly not ! Do better

have had most of my pets brought here. lady at desk is very rude and unwelcoming . they dont actually care about your pets they only want your money i will be going elsewhere.

£43 just for a 5 minute consultation to check the medication is still ok for my dog,, I think this is ridiculous!

My dog has had seizures. After several consultations and after bloods were taken reluctantly, we were fobbed off with drugs, we were told the bloods are fine. After more fits they gave more drugs so I asked for the blood test results. They printed them off but when I asked to discuss two extremely low results on the sheet, they told me that the vet won't talk to me unless I book another consultation. My dog could die but all they care about is more money even though I have already paid hundreds. Absolute disgrace.
